  • Provide immediate response to site injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.

  • Maintain first aid kits and ensure equipment is replenished and accessible.

  • Record and report all incidents, treatments, and referrals as per HSE policy.

  • Monitor site conditions and support workers in heat stress and dehydration prevention.

  • Assist the HSE officer in promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks.

  • Participate in emergency preparedness drills and evacuation plans.

  • Ensure medical documentation and emergency contact records are up-to-date.

  • Support health screenings, wellness campaigns, and routine checks.

  • Communicate with site supervisors regarding health hazards or risks.

  • Help ensure compliance with UAE labour and health safety laws.



Requirements

  • Valid First Aid Certification from a recognized training provider (mandatory).



  • 1–2 years of site experience in construction or industrial settings.



  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.



  • Good verbal communication in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).



  • Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.
