Responsibilities:
Lead execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial & residential)
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and labour teams
Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and civil defence standards
Manage materials, quality checks, and timely progress
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Must have UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
DM approval is mandatory
Strong knowledge of site execution & authority procedures
UAE Driving Licence is required
