Company Overview:



A leading marble trading company specializing in sourcing, supplying, and distributing high-quality marble products globally,is hiring for a Sales Executive. 


Position: Sales Executive


Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:




  1. Client Relationship Management:




    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to introduce our products and services.

    • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.


  2. Sales and Business Development:




    • Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.

    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client base.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.


  3. Product Knowledge:




    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our marble products, including their characteristics, applications, and pricing.

    • Educate clients about the features and benefits of different marble varieties to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.


  4. Market Research:




    • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.

    • Utilize market insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.


  5. Customer Service:




    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.


  6. Collaboration:




    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any delivery-related issues.


Requirements:




  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marble industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent networking abilities with a proactive approach to business development.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
