Job Details



We are looking for a responsible Store Keeper with experience in managing construction site inventory and materials. The ideal candidate will be organized and knowledgeable about construction-related tools and materials.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries for quantity and quality at construction sites

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels of construction materials

  • Organize and label materials properly in storage to ensure easy retrieval

  • Monitor material issuance and returns from various site teams

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for material stock and consumption

  • Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid project delays

  • Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material availability

  • Maintain proper documentation for all incoming/outgoing materials

  • Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies

  • Ensure store area complies with safety and cleanliness standards



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in logistics preferred).



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site inventory/store keeping.



  • Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and MEP materials.



  • Good command of Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.



  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.



  • Ability to work under pressure and meet site timelines.
