Conduct in-process and post-process quality inspections.
Sample raw materials, clinker, and cement products to ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
Maintain accurate records of quality data and assist in root cause analysis for product failures.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Assist in developing quality assurance documentation, SOPs, and test checklists.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and measuring tools.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and test procedures
Freshers or 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC (preferably in cement, concrete, or construction material industry)
Industry-related experience is a definite plus.
Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement)
Basic understanding of cement composition and concrete quality testing (preferred)
Familiar with tools such as slump test, sieve analysis, and compressive strength testing
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment
