Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed joinery drawings based on design specifications and project requirements.

Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and ID drawings to produce coordinated layouts.

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant local codes, standards, and client requirements.

Modify and update drawings as per site conditions, coordination meetings, or client feedback.

Collaborate with the design, project, and site teams to resolve drawing issues and technical discrepancies.

Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings for approvals.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for drawing input where necessary.

Attend site visits for measurement verification and drawing validation as needed.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within interior fit-out or joinery works.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is a plus).

Sound knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and fit-out detailing.

Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
