  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dairy and specialty foods portfolio



  • Manage and grow key accounts within the HORECA segment



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B buyers, and procurement teams



  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base



  • Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and logistics



  • Conduct regular client visits and product presentations



  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities



  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded





RequirementsRequirements:

  • Experience:




    • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in sales of dairy/specialty/gourmet food items



    • Existing relationships with key players in the HORECA segment



    • Experience in managing key accounts and B2B foodservice clients




  • Education:




    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)




  • Skills:




    • Strong negotiation and communication skills



    • Knowledge of food product standards and distribution processes



    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools




  • Other:




    • Valid UAE Driving License



    • Willingness to travel within UAE/GCC as needed



    • European nationality preferred (due to market/client demographic alignment)
