Description
In this role, you will lead high-volume clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based intervention plans for children and adolescents aged 2 to 18 years. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes within a pediatric-focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical and developmental assessments for children and adolescents
- Develop structured diagnostic reports, treatment plans, and measurable progress goals
- Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools, including ADOS where applicable
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and clinical recommendations
- Lead and support the clinical team through case reviews, guidance, and quality oversight
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary stakeholders when required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory and governance requirements
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and service development within the clinic
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatric populations
- Ability to produce structured, high-quality clinical reports and treatment plans
- Leadership capability including team guidance, supervision support, and case coordination
- Excellent parent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high caseload volumes while maintaining clinical accuracy
- Strong documentation discipline aligned with regulatory standards
Education & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or equivalent
- Active DHA license (mandatory)
- ADOS certification highly preferred
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
