Role Description

Bayanat is seeking a highly driven Sales Executive – Fleet Technology Solutions to accelerate the adoption of its fleet management platform across the UAE. The role focuses on introducing transport and logistics companies to modern data-driven fleet operations powered by FleetOS.

The Sales Executive will play a strategic role in expanding Bayanat’s presence within the regional fleet ecosystem by helping fleet operators transition from traditional fleet management to intelligent, predictive fleet operations.

Success in this role requires the ability to communicate complex telematics and operational data in a clear business context, demonstrating how Bayanat’s technology directly reduces operational costs, improves fleet reliability, and increases operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

Identify and engage fleet operators, logistics companies, transport contractors, construction fleets, and mobility providers across Ras Al Khaimah and the wider UAE. Develop strong market coverage in key fleet-heavy sectors.

Consultative Solution Selling

Lead professional demonstrations of the FleetOS platform, presenting features such as GPS tracking, driver behavior analytics, predictive maintenance alerts, fuel consumption monitoring, and real-time fleet performance dashboards.

Pipeline and Market Expansion

Build and manage a structured sales pipeline by identifying qualified prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term fleet technology partnerships.

Fleet Operational Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to fleet managers and operations directors by understanding their operational pain points such as vehicle downtime, maintenance inefficiencies, fuel loss, and lack of data visibility. Present software-driven strategies that address these challenges.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and product presentation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Ecosystem Development

Contribute to expanding Bayanat’s ecosystem by building relationships with telematics partners, workshop networks, and mobility service providers.

Requirements

Language Proficiency

Fluent in Arabic, Urdu, and English with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse fleet operators across the UAE is essential.

B2B Sales Expertise

Proven experience in B2B sales with strong performance in industries such as SaaS platforms, telematics, automotive technology, logistics services, or transportation solutions.

Fleet Market Knowledge

Strong understanding of fleet operations in the UAE including logistics fleets, delivery fleets, transport companies, and mobility service providers.

Technology Adaptability

Ability to quickly understand software platforms and explain complex technical systems in clear operational and financial terms for decision makers.

Client Engagement Skills

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence operational and executive stakeholders.
