Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed assessments and diagnoses for newborn patients with various medical conditions.
Providing life-saving interventions and ongoing management for critically ill infants.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Communicating effectively with families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and health progress.
Engaging in clinical research to contribute to the advancement of neonatal medicine.
Participating in educational programs to train and mentor staff and residents within the NICU.

Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Neonatology.
Board certification in Neonatology is required.
Active medical license in the state of practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with families.
