Job Description: Supervise daily aluminium façade and glass installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and liaise with project stakeholders for smooth execution. Monitor progress, identify issues, or delay, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and productivity. Maintain site records, manage resources efficiently, conduct safety briefings, and report progress to management.
Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in aluminum façade and glass installation projects, with expertise in cladding systems and curtain walls. Proven ability to manage multiple teams on construction sites, ensuring quality and timely execution. Solid understanding of safety standards, building codes, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
