We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer with solid experience in construction, particularly in landscaping and infrastructure projects, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, commercial negotiation, and end-to-end procurement coordination across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Preparing and sharing RFQs and bid packages with suppliers and subcontractors. Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor networks for construction materials. Conduct effective negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to submit a comprehensive comparison sheet. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and compliance with project requirements. Maintain the procurement log up to date. Coordinate closely with project management team on technical and commercial matters. Maintain an updated vendor database and ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in construction procurement, preferably in landscaping and infrastructure projects. UAE experience is preferred. Strong understanding of landscaping and infrastructure materials and scopes. Proven experience in estimation, measurement, and rate analysis. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
