Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of patients to determine the need for surgical intervention.
Perform a variety of maxillofacial surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Manage patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal recovery.
Work alongside dental professionals and other specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans.
Educate patients about procedures, including benefits, risks, and post-operative expectations.
Keep accurate records and documentation to comply with healthcare regulations and facilitate quality improvement.
Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent qualification, with specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Current and valid DHA license to practice in Dubai.
At least 5 years of relevant surgical experience in a clinical setting.
Proven skills in advanced surgical techniques and patient management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients.
Strong commitment to patient safety and continuing education in medical practices.
