SongSun Energy provides integrated off-grid solutions for remote desert projects (construction & mining camps), combining solar PV, battery storage, and modular cabin systems. We operate a local showroom in Dubai to support client visits, demonstrations, and project consultations.
Role Overview
We are hiring 2 showroom-based Sales Executives to welcome visitors, qualify incoming inquiries, and drive B2B sales opportunities from first contact to quotation and closing. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical products in a clear, client-friendly way.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in visitors and scheduled clients at our Dubai showroom; deliver professional product demonstrations
Qualify leads and understand project requirements (location, camp size, timeline, off-grid/hybrid needs)
Follow up on inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls; maintain a fast response and clear next steps
Prepare budgetary estimates and coordinate with the team for formal proposals/quotations
Build relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and local partners
Keep CRM records updated (lead status, next action, meeting notes) and report weekly pipeline progress
Coordinate showroom content/materials (brochures, QR-code user guides, product photos/videos)

Fluent in Chinese + English + Arabic (spoken and written)
1-3+ years of sales experience in Dubai (B2B preferred; construction/mining/industrial is a plus)
Confident in customer-facing presentations and follow-up discipline
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools
Dubai-based, able to work on-site at the showroom
