Job Purpose:
To ensure a seamless and premium vehicle handover experience for Lynk & Co customers by managing delivery documentation, coordinating logistics, and providing a comprehensive vehicle orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in automotive delivery, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in premium or luxury automotive brands is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of automotive features and technology
- Ability to handle documentation and coordination efficiently
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
