We’re a well-established trading group in Dubai, scaling fast across the region. We need a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who can own hiring end-to-end across two worlds:
- Commercial / trading roles that drive revenue
- Tech & data roles that drive capability (Data, BI, AI)
What you’ll own
- Full-cycle hiring: intake → sourcing → shortlist → interviews → offer → close
- Hiring manager partnership: clear role briefs, realistic timelines, fast decisions
- Direct sourcing: LinkedIn, Boolean, market mapping, referrals (delivery-first)
- Quality control: structured screening, interview discipline, candidate experience
- Weekly reporting: pipeline visibility, time-to-fill, source performance, offer acceptance
- Agency management (when needed): performance, speed, cost, quality

You should be comfortable hiring and closing Data/AI talent in the AED 20,000–30,000/month range (depending on level and stack).
What we’re looking for
- Proven TA leadership in the UAE (in-house preferred)
- Track record hiring across BOTH commercial and technical roles
- Strong stakeholder management (you can push back, and you can close)
- Hands-on sourcing capability (not a “vendor manager” TA profile)
Fast, organised, metrics-aware, and obsessed with quality
Skills
- Full-cycle recruitment (intake to offer/close), high-volume and specialist hiring
- Stakeholder management with senior leaders (challenging briefs, driving decisions, pushing back when needed)
- Commercial hiring expertise (sales, key accounts, BD, category, procurement, supply chain/logistics)
- Tech hiring capability (data/BI/data engineering, ML/AI, product/BA; plus QA/dev/devops as needed)
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray, market mapping, talent pipelining, referrals
- Screening and assessment: structured interviews, competency-based questioning, scorecards, calibration
- Offer management + negotiation (closing candidates, managing counteroffers, improving acceptance rates)
- Hiring analytics: pipeline reporting, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, conversion ratios, SLA management
- ATS discipline: clean data, stage hygiene, reporting accuracy (any ATS/CRM)
- Vendor management (selecting agencies, setting KPIs, controlling cost, measuring quality)
- Employer branding basics (role marketing, messaging, candidate experience)
- Strong written communication (job adverts, outreach messages, hiring manager updates)
- High pace + prioritisation (multiple roles, changing business needs, tight deadlines)
- Market knowledge: UAE/GCC salary benchmarks, notice periods, visa considerations, competitor mapping
- Compliance awareness (data privacy, fair hiring practice, documentation)
