About this role
• Identifying and reaching out to potential pet parents and partners
• Assisting in lead generation through online and offline channels
• Supporting conversion of inquiries into bookings
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
• Coordinating with marketing and customer service teams for campaigns and follow-ups
• Assisting in onboarding new customers and explaining platform services
• Tracking leads, conversations, and sales performance
• Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and partnerships
