AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience
• Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site-wide works.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows.
• Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
• Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi‑discipline environment.
