Role Overview
This is a full-time, commission-only position for a Secondary Real Estate Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Specialise in a defined geographic area
Prospect daily for new listings and clients
Manage sales and rental transactions from listing to transfer
Conduct property valuations and client consultations
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of listings
Stay up to date with market data and pricing trends
Deliver consistent follow-up and client communication
Represent MARE Properties with professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Expectations
Previous experience in Dubai real estate preferred (secondary market experience is a plus, but not essential)
Proven sales or client-facing experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Confident and articulate in conversation
Ability to build high-level client relationships
Highly motivated with strong daily discipline
Consistent in effort and follow-up
