Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition (Outbound Sales)
- Actively search for and attract new clients (GCC market)
- Work with databases, referrals, and partner channels
- Initiate contact via phone calls and messaging apps
2. Handling Incoming Leads (Inbound Sales)
- Ensure fast response to all incoming leads (WhatsApp, phone, website, social media)
- Conduct initial client qualification
- Identify client needs and generate interest in services
3. Sales & Negotiations
- Conduct phone calls and client communication via messaging apps
- Hold in-office meetings when required
- Present company services, including:
- Online consultations with doctors
- Second medical opinion
- Treatment selection and planning
- Sanatorium and rehabilitation programs
- Check-up programs
- Aesthetic medicine
- Handle objections and guide clients toward payment
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
4. CRM Management & Reporting
- Work within CRM system (AMO CRM):
- Record all client interactions and deal stages
- Update statuses regularly
- Maintain full communication history
- Prepare reports on leads, conversion rates, and sales
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline
5. Client Management
- Transfer clients to the medical department after payment
- Maintain communication with clients until treatment begins
- Contribute to improving overall client experience

Work Format
- Schedule: 5/2
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Office-based role in Ajman
- Hybrid workflow: calls + messaging + in-person meetings

We are looking for a highly qualified and ambitious Sales Manager with a proven track record, ready to generate stable and high revenue, as well as develop the medical tourism sector for clients from the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively search for and attract clients for online consultations, treatment planning, and organizing medical trips to Russia
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to successful deal closure (strong persuasion and closing skills are essential)
• Maintain all documentation and communications in the Zoho CRM system, ensure timely status updates and reporting
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, or related fields
• Excellent command of English, including professional medical terminology
• Native-level Arabic (mandatory)
• Russian language — a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, responsible, and results-driven
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus) and ability to handle large volumes of information
