Role Overview • Position: Consultant / Specialist Anesthesiologist • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Hospital Type: Private / Government / Multispecialty / Tertiary Care (JCI-accredited) • Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist / board certification • Clinical Setting: Modern operating theatres, ICU support, and multidisciplinary surgical teams The successful candidate will work closely with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities • Provide preoperative patient evaluation and anesthesia planning • Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures • Monitor patients during surgery to ensure optimal physiological stability • Deliver postoperative pain management and recovery care • Participate in critical care and emergency response when required • Work collaboratively with surgeons and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety • Contribute to hospital clinical governance, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives • Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
