We are seeking a skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and creating comprehensive rehabilitation plans for patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, illness, or chronic disease.
This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities: Perform detailed patient assessments to determine rehabilitation needs and goals.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including therapists and nurses, to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and expected outcomes.
Stay current with advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Active and valid medical license to practice.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a wide range of physical disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
Fluency in English.
