Specialist - Investments & M&A | Emirati Talent 
ROLE SUMMARY
The Specialist – Investments & M&A supports evaluating and executing strategic investments and M&A deals. The role delivers financial modelling, valuation, market research, and due diligence, while preparing investment materials and collaborating with stakeholders to drive informed decisions across Majid Al Futtaim.
ROLE PROFILE

• Support evaluation and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A transactions
• Build financial models and conduct valuation analysis for potential deals
• Perform forecasting, cash flow analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessment
• Prepare investment materials, presentations, and valuation summaries
• Assist in transaction execution, data room coordination, and documentation tracking
• Participate in financial, commercial, and operational due diligence
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Ensure alignment with Majid Al Futtaim governance, approval processes, and sustainability standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or corporate strategy/M&A
• Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Experience or exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence processes
• Solid understanding of financial statements and analytical thinking
• Professional certifications (CFA, ACA, or equivalent) are an advantage
