As the Senior Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all advertising products across our portfolio of platforms (which includes dubizzle / Bayut / DriveArabia).
You will be responsible for managing several of our key media agency accounts, where the key focus will be on enhancing relationships with key planners, buyers, and senior leads within the media agencies, creating opportunities for our long-term existing clients whilst winning new advertisers for dubizzle, Bayut and DriveArabia.
In this role you will : Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising products, but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field.
Maintain solid relationship status with all key stakeholders within your Agency portfolio, ensuring a healthy relationship is maintained at all times.
Identify new opportunities or ‘upsell’ within your agency patch, targeting both new and existing advertisers who are relevant advertisers for dubizzle, Bayut and DriveArabia; High levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, proposal, onboard and rebook); Consistently deliver for your advertisers by creating well-structured media plans/proposal slides / post-campaign analysis decks which match the client's wants and ambitions; Actively manage each campaign with the support of the campaign management team to optimise all campaigns, improving performance where possible; Be accountable to your clients.
Understand all KPIs, how a campaign has been set up, how it performed and opportunities to improve.
Deliver this feedback to your clients in a professional way.
  Stay on top of the seasonal calendar of events/product launches that relate to all industries connected with the advertisers within your portfolio.
Provide solid weekly/monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate.

#UAEdubizzle Marketing or Advertising-related higher qualifications preferred.
5 years + in digital media position, minimum 3 years in a senior role Deep understanding of digital advertising preferred ( SEM , PPC, Banner ads, Programmatic advertising) PowerPoint/Google Slide, Excel/Sheets needed.
Salesforce/ Google Ad Manager experience is a bonus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills Driven individual who will go above and beyond.
A high level of sales activity is expected, so a high work rate is needed Build relationship as well
