The Role:
We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of major infrastructure and rail projects in the UAE.

This role focuses on multidisciplinary BIM coordination, digital delivery governance, and ISO 19650-based workflows across the full project lifecycle, from design through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination across civil, structural, MEP, and systems disciplines
• Develop, review, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDP, TIDP, and EIR requirements
• Manage and administer Common Data Environments (CDE) such as ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWise
• Conduct and manage clash detection, model federation, and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar tools
• Ensure model quality, compliance, and adherence to project BIM standards and ISO 19650
• Support design teams in delivering fully coordinated and accurate models and drawings
• Facilitate coordination meetings and manage information exchange between stakeholders
• Monitor model health, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or related engineering discipline
• 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in BIM coordination roles
• Strong experience in infrastructure/rail/metro projects
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination (not just modelling)
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BEP, MIDP, and CDE workflows
• Proficiency in:
• Revit
• Navisworks
• Civil 3D (preferred)
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platforms
• Experience in client-facing coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
