      Summary  KAYALI is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MRP Planner to manage material requirements planning across raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods production.
  This role will be responsible for translating demand forecasts into supply requirements, ensuring material availability to support production plans, while optimizing inventory levels and mitigating supply risks.
The MRP Planner will play a key role in strengthening planning governance and ERP utilization as we scale globally.
  The role offers exposure to Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, and will contribute directly to improving service levels, working capital performance, and operational agility.
    Key Responsibilities:  Run and maintain MRP cycles within ERP system to generate purchase and production requirements  Convert demand plan into material supply requirements across all SKUs and BOM levels  Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components to meet production schedules  Monitor inventory levels, safety stocks, reorder points, and lead times  Identify material shortages, excess, and obsolescence risks and propose mitigation plans  Collaborate closely with Procurement on supplier capacity, MOQ, and lead time alignment  Support Supply Planner with production planning inputs and constraint visibility  Maintain data accuracy within ERP (BOMs, lead times, planning parameters, MOQ, safety stock)  Participate in S&OP / S&OE processes providing material risk and capacity insights  Support NPD launches ensuring timely material readiness and first production alignment  Develop reporting dashboards on material availability, inventory turns, and risk exposure  Drive continuous improvement in planning parameters and system utilization  Partner with Quality and Manufacturing to manage phase-ins, phase-outs and engineering changes  Support inventory reconciliation and working capital optimization initiatives  Additional projects as required  Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage  Find your Magic Days  Birthday leave  Volunteering Day  Professional Development Days   Employee discounts on all Kayali products  Quarterly product gifting    Kayali is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.

  3–6 years of experience in MRP Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Materials Management, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
Ideally some exposure to Demand Planning as well  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field  Strong ERP experience (DS365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) — hands-on MRP execution required  Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modelling)  Experience with MRP software – B2Wise experience is a plus but not mandatory  Strong understanding of BOM structures, lead times, MOQ logic, and safety stock calculation  Highly analytical with strong attention to detail  Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment  Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
