Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary oncology team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various types of cancer, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing comprehensive care throughout the cancer treatment continuum.
As a Medical Oncologist at Talentspoc, you will collaborate closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Your expertise will also contribute to clinical research and the advancement of oncological care within our institution.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients with cancer through clinical assessment and diagnostic testing.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans involving chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and other modalities.
Monitor patient response and manage treatment-related toxicities effectively to optimize outcomes.
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards to coordinate comprehensive care.
Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis.
Stay abreast of advancements in oncology research and incorporate evidence-based practices.
Participate in clinical trials and research activities as appropriate.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Medical Oncology.
Board certification in Medical Oncology.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in oncology.
Demonstrated expertise in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted cancer therapies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team collaboration.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and knowledge update in oncology.
Valid medical license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
