Job Summary
- Administrator -Engg. Stores is responsible for receiving the items as per the specifications, storing them in proper location and issuing it to the departments as per request; all transactions to be captured in system
Roles & Responsibilities
- To follow SOP for receiving/storing/issuing any line item
- To take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storage
- Handle consumables as per the requirement
- To establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives
- To maintain the cycle count records so that it can be reviewed by the management and also provide the reports related to cycle count activity
- To ensure all transactions are done on time without any deviation in Physical vs Actual
- To report any deviations in deliveries related to quality/quantity
- Coordinate with maintenance team for arranging spares if needed
- Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
- Maintaining GMP & Hygiene at Work Area
- Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)
KPIs
- To ensure there is no variance in Physical vs Actual.
- Transactions to be completed on time to ensure no variance.
Work experience requirement
4 years of experience in managing Engg. Store
Qualification
Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
