About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our growing client base by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within healthcare and beauty sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and access to a candidate network.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for healthcare and beauty roles

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Existing candidate network is a strong advantage

• Must hold a valid UAE visa

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → interviewing → placement)

• Strong candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking

• Ability to assess candidate fit quickly for both skills and culture

2. Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with healthcare roles (nurses, doctors, medical staff)

• Familiarity with beauty sector roles (therapists, specialists, salon/clinic staff)

• Understanding of regulatory requirements (licenses, certifications) in UAE

• Clear, professional communication with clients and candidates

• Strong negotiation skills (salary, benefits, expectations)

• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously

• Track recruitment progress and maintain a structured candidate pipeline

• Good time management and prioritization

5. Networking & Relationship Building

• Established candidate network is a big advantage

• Ability to proactively source passive candidates

6. Tech & Tools Proficiency

• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or spreadsheets

• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and email outreach
