XILL Collective, Dubai's #1 TikTok Creator Network, is hiring ONE dedicated Live Stream Recruiter to target creators in the MENA region, with expanded focus on Middle East and Egypt through daily streaming.

YOUR MISSION: Target TikTok Live streamers across MENA, Arabic speaking creators, and English speaking Middle Eastern audiences through:

• 8 hours daily streaming using your Creator Network account
• PK Battles and Multi-guest chats focused on talent scouting
• Educational content about TikTok monetization and creator opportunities
• Building authentic relationships with Arabic speaking creators and broader Middle Eastern creator communities
• Guiding qualified creators through XILL Collective application process

Skills

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Active TikTok Live streaming account ready for Creator Network onboarding
• Proficient in Live Streaming (PK battles, multi-guest rooms, audience engagement)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic Native (mandatory)
• Professional streaming setup (ring light, clear audio, stable internet 20mbps+)
• High energy and charisma to engage viewers for 8 hours daily
• Comfortable working night hours for Middle East peak traffic
• Must accept TikTok gifts as part of compensation structure
• Valid TikTok account eligible for agency onboarding (no major violations)

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE:

Base Salary: AED 2,500/month

• EGP 34,000 (Egypt context) - Premium executive-level salary
• GUARANTEED regardless of performance

Keep Your Gifts: 100% of all TikTok diamonds/gifts earned during streams

Performance Bonuses:

• Activation Bonus: AED 35 per creator (EGP 475) - after 15 days + 8 Valid Go Live days
• Retention Bonus: AED 35 per creator (EGP 475) - after 15 Valid Go Live days + 40 monthly hours

Realistic Monthly Income:

• EGP 50,000-70,000+

SCHEDULE (Dubai Time - STRICT COMMITMENT):

• Morning Block: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Dubai time
• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Cairo time
• Evening Block: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Dubai time
• 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM Cairo time
• Total: 8 hours daily, 6 days weekly
• Location: Work from ANYWHERE with stable internet

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

• Minimum 15 recruited and activated creators monthly (non-negotiable)
• Maintain 70%+ retention rate (activation to 30-day milestone)
• Professional brand representation at all times
• Strike system for quality issues: 3 strikes = termination
• This is FULL-TIME commitment, not side income opportunity
