We are looking for a Special Projects Manager to lead and execute creator-led initiatives and strategic projects across our ecosystem.
This role is for someone who understands the creator and startup ecosystem, IP Content, has relationships within the VC landscape, and can turn ideas into real programs and initiatives.
You will work closely with creator ecosystem, IP ecosystem, founders, investors, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, develop innovative programming, and bring high-impact projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities: Project & Initiative Execution -Lead creator-led special projects from idea to execution.
-Manage timelines, partners, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
-Coordinate across internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) and external partners.
-Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems to keep initiatives moving.
Programming & New Idea Development -Develop and launch new programs under Creator Special Projects initiatives.
-Identify emerging trends in the creator economy and startup ecosystem.
-Design events, workshops, collaborations, and community initiatives that support creators and founders.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management -Manage relationships with creator ecosystem, VCs, partners, and vendors.
-Ensure strong collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Maintain clear communication and alignment throughout each project.
Reporting & Operations -Ensure projects deliver measurable impact such as ecosystem growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
-Track project timelines, budgets, and performance.
-Prepare updates and reports for internal leadership.
Key Success Indicators -Successful delivery of creator initiatives and special projects, with high impact -Strong partnerships with creator ecosystem, founders, and investors.
-Development of new ecosystem programs and initiatives.
Who You Are -You deeply understand the creator and startup ecosystem.
-You have  relationships or familiarity with the VC and investment landscape.
-You are entrepreneurial and comfortable building new initiatives from scratch and working in ambiguity.
-You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-You are collaborative and able to work with diverse stakeholders including creators, investors, and partners.
5+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, creator economy, ecosystem building, or program management.
Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and venture landscape.
Experience launching or managing programs, initiatives, or partnerships.
Strong project management and operational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
