1. Lead the strategic academic planning and implementation process for MBRSG to ensure the development and delivery of high quality, effective academic programs that are fit for purpose, and meet the highest international quality standards.


2. Ensure the academic quality, integrity, and continuous improvement of campus curricular content, assessment and instructional delivery. Allocate academic resources to best support academic goals.


3. Implement innovative, effective, and efficient programming through multiple academic delivery models.


4. Evaluates course enrollment trends and builds external strategic partnerships to promote the academic programs.


5. Ensure program and institutional compliance with criteria for professional accreditation, regional accreditation, international accreditation and federal licensure.


6. Evaluates effectiveness of instruction through, course evaluation by students, course prospectus and syllabi and classroom visits.


7. Support effective and collegial faculty governance structures and establish regular communication with the faculty. Lead the process for assessment and improvement of faculty performance.


8. Prepare and evaluate planning materials, academic calendar, and operational guidelines.


9. Develop and propose major academic, student, and faculty policies to ensure innovation, quality, continuous improvement, and growth of programs.


10. Assess strategic initiatives to address and anticipate changes in strategic plans, performance plans, economic forecasts, occupational outlook, and/or student needs.


11. Contribute to the recruitment and retention of diverse and highly qualified faculty and academic staff.


12. Provides leadership in developing objective evaluation of faculty, advancement in rank considerations, research production, and contract renewals.


13. Provides impetus for cooperation and coordination of faculty in its academic endeavors and committee work.


14. Support and monitor faculty academic research in line with the School’s research agenda.


15. Provides leadership in recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of academic staff.


16. Provides leadership for instructional improvement.


17. Creates a climate conductive to scholarly inquiry.


18. Gives leadership to budget process in the academic area.


Qualifications:


PhD Degree in a related field, preferably in Innovation Management.


Experience:


10+ years of related work experience, with at least 10 years spent in a senior supervisory/leadership role with a record of progressive responsibility and authority.
