C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Associate to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) 4PL division in Dubai. This role is part of a newly established team, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to building our presence from the ground up and support the foundation for future expansion.


As a Logistics Associate, you will play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day logistics operations, maintaining accurate data in our Transportation Management System, and ensuring our customers receive timely, professional service. You’ll collaborate closely with your team, help keep shipments moving, resolve simple exceptions, and support both internal and external partners through clear communication.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:


  • Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests


  • Booking transportation loads in the Transportation Management System


  • Monitoring team mailboxes


  • Resolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processes


  • Scheduling delivery appointments with receivers


  • Making any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management System


  • Manual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management System


  • Conduct systems trainings to external parties


  • Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified


  • Run, format, or distribute any reports to the appropriate internal or external parties


  • Contribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery model


  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED


  • Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested


  • Fluent in English


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university


  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs


  • Solid understanding of Information systems


  • Friendly and articulate phone demeanor


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Detail oriented


  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


  • Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately


  • Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks


  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
