The Cardiac Surgery Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical interventions for patients with cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, and congenital defect repairs.
Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage postoperative care, monitor recovery, and address complications promptly and effectively.
Provide patients and families with clear information regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
Maintain thorough documentation of surgical procedures and patient progress.
Stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.

Board certification or equivalent qualification in Cardiac Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
Proven experience in performing a range of cardiac surgeries in a clinical setting.
Deep understanding of cardiac anatomy, surgical procedures, and postoperative care protocols.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage critical situations calmly and effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
