SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a prestigious Government Hospital.
This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to public healthcare by providing expert anesthesia care for patients undergoing complex cardiac surgeries in a government hospital setting.
As a Consultant Cardiac Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for comprehensive preoperative evaluations, planning and executing anesthesia management for cardiac procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgery.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality care aligned with government healthcare standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed preoperative assessments of cardiac patients in preparation for surgery Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans suitable for various cardiac procedures Administer anesthesia and monitor patients closely during complex cardiac surgeries Provide postoperative care, including pain management and monitoring for complications Work collaboratively with cardiac surgeons, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes Ensure adherence to government healthcare policies, protocols, and safety regulations Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with government hospital standards Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Proven experience in cardiac anesthesia within a hospital setting, preferably government or public healthcare environment Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols specific to cardiac procedures Ability to manage high-risk patients and make critical decisions swiftly Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with government healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with ethical standards Willingness to participate in continuous education and quality improvement programs
