I am looking for a practical, systems-focused Head of Growth Operations to join a fast-scaling Dubai fintech. This isn’t a traditional marketing job, this role is for someone who can build and manage the technical logic behind how a company communicates with its customers. You’ll be leading a small team while remaining hands-on with strategy and execution.

Own the performance of all borrower communications across AI voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Design the automated logic, triggers, and fallback rules that drive the borrower's journey.
Oversee AI-generated content, including prompt design and conversational flow quality.
Run and measure your own A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation.
Independently pull and analyse your own data to identify opportunities and diagnose issues.
Monitor channel health, including deliverability, pickup rates, and system latency.
Translate business needs into technical logic alongside the product and engineering teams.
Manage a high-performing team with a focus on fast iteration and clear accountability.

6+ years in growth, CRM/lifecycle, or operations within high-volume environments.
Experience working with AI-generated communication
You naturally think in events, triggers, dependencies, and failure modes.
Experience managing a small team while remaining hands on.
