Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with key merchants and partners.
Negotiate partnership terms, offers, and joint marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of agreed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) for seamless execution.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or merchant acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
