Key Responsibilities


1. Corporate Coordination & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as the central coordination contact for all corporate-related matters in the Nordic countries.
  • Liaise closely with Hyperco and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate consistent communication between corporate functions, local partners, consultants, and authorities.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic updates, reports, and escalation notes to the SVP Projects.

2. Hyperco (JV Partner) Coordination


  • Maintain ongoing communication with Hyperco to track progress of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of Hyperco invoices in coordination with finance and legal teams.
  • Follow up with Hyperco on project-specific requirements including design inputs, permitting progress, and power connectivity updates.

3. Data Center Project Support


  • Monitor and coordinate key activities across Nordic data center projects, including but not limited to:
    • Permitting applications and authority approvals
    • Power connectivity and utility coordination
    • Compliance requirements and documentation
    • Site-related administrative activities
  • Track project milestones and highlight risks, delays, or dependencies.
  • Support corporate governance processes by ensuring proper record-keeping, approvals, and adherence to internal procedures.

4. Reporting & Documentation


  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress dashboards for leadership review.
  • Maintain structured documentation for all corporate interactions, authority submissions, and JV communications.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and briefing notes for senior management.

5. Process & Compliance Management


  • Ensure alignment with corporate policies, legal requirements, and regional compliance standards.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend actions for improved coordination and efficiency.

Experience:


  • 5+ years of project management, corporate coordination, or consulting experience.
  • Experience working with infrastructure, utilities, telecom, or data center projects is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience dealing with Nordic regulatory environments is an advantage.
  • Proven track record managing external partners, consultants, or JV relationships.
