Your mission

Job Summary
The Middle East Performance Manager at Pierre Fabre SA will be responsible for driving and optimizing the commercial performance of the company's brands across the Middle East region. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and implementing initiatives to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive performance strategies for all Pierre Fabre brands within the Middle East, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, market share, profitability, and customer engagement across various channels.
* Identify opportunities and challenges within the Middle Eastern markets and propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
* Collaborate closely with local marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
* Manage and track budgets related to performance initiatives, ensuring optimal return on investment.
* Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and best practices.
* Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Lead and support regional performance improvement projects, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
* Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the Middle East.


* This role will also be responsible to assist the MEART performance Manager in Data consolidation, extraction, coordination and reporting deadline
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance management, commercial analysis, or a similar role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry.
* Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and market share in diverse and complex markets.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent understanding of the Middle Eastern commercial landscape, including cultural nuances, regulatory environments, and distribution channels.
* Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential. French is a plus.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East region.
