Job Summary The Vice President – Sales will drive revenue growth in the UAE market by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage enterprise client relationships.
Reporting To: Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO) Key Responsibilities Drive regional revenue growth and market expansion across the Middle East Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives Identify and close new enterprise opportunities across target industries Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and closures Build partnerships with system integrators and technology resellers Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 sales professionals Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment Service Offerings Cloud Services (AWS / Azure) Digital Engineering Cybersecurity Automation & AI Solutions Success Metrics Revenue growth and target achievement New client acquisition in Middle East Strategic account expansion Team performance and delivery Key Solution Areas Cloud (AWS, Azure) Digital Transformation Data Analytics & AI Cybersecurity ERP (SAP, Oracle) Managed Services Compensation & Benefits Salary: AED 57,500/month + performance incentives 30 days annual leave Medical insurance for self & family Gratuity as per GOSI regulations Visa provided Annual air tickets for self & family 14–18 years of experience in B2B IT / enterprise sales Strong experience in Middle East market (mandatory) Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals Strong network across target industries (FSI, Oil & Gas, Govt, Travel) Expertise in selling digital transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Experience managing small sales teams Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders Bachelor’s degree (attested with apostille stamp mandatory) English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
