We are seeking a skilled  Technology Engineer – DevOps (PaaS)  to support the Core Integration Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with  OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins) , along with a focus on  process optimization and continuous improvement  in a PaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide  PaaS DevOps support  for the Core Integration Team.
Manage and administer  OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform)  environments.
Design, build, and maintain  CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins .
Optimize existing  build and deployment jobs  for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Drive  process improvements and automation  across DevOps workflows.
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery.
Ensure adherence to  DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies .
Support release management and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in  DevOps PaaS environments .
Hands-on expertise in  OpenShift Administration .
Proficiency in  CI/CD tools , especially  Jenkins pipelines .
Experience in  containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) .
Strong understanding of  automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar) .
Experience in  job optimization and process improvement initiatives .
Knowledge of  version control systems (Git) .
Familiarity with  monitoring and logging tools .
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in  banking or financial services environments .
Certification in  OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools .
Exposure to  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)  is a plus.
