Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Premium Residential Expert - Arabic Speaker based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting premium residential properties while providing exceptional service and expertise. The successful candidate will manage property listings, conduct market research, assist with client inquiries, and facilitate property viewings. Generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets are key components of this commission-based role.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English Proven sales and negotiation skills within the real estate or related sectors Ability to conduct property market research and understand trends Proficiency with property listing platforms and CRM tools Exceptional customer service and client management abilities Multitasking and organizational skills for managing multiple clients and properties Prior experience in UAE real estate or a related field is an advantage Driver's license and knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is highly preferred Proactive approach with a goal-oriented mindset
