Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day engineering delivery across product squads.
- Manage engineering KPIs (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, mean time to recovery) and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with security, risk, and compliance teams to embed DevSecOps practices into the engineering lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships for engineering tools, cloud platforms, and third-party services; optimize licensing and cost allocation.
- Oversee HR-related functions for the engineering chapter including onboarding, training programs, leave management, and adherence to Bank HR policies.
