Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a key role supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and excellent CRM adoption across the company. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience, strong technical skills, and familiarity with real estate workflows.
Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controls Maintain accurate lead and client data through imports, updates, and data cleansing Monitor and maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelines Create and update dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management Support sales and marketing teams with CRM automation, campaign tracking, and reporting Train users on CRM best practices and ensure proper data entry Assist with CRM integrations with ERP, marketing, and property management systems Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security according to company policy.
Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field2–4 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role Proven experience managing at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong skills in data management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to train and support non-technical users UAE experience is required; experience in real estate, property management, or brokerage is highly preferred Fluency in Arabic is required.
