Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high-impact engagements for financial services clients across the GCC. You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders to define strategic priorities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements from scoping through to board-level presentation

• Conduct deep market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modelling

• Develop growth strategies, market entry plans, and operating model designs

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership

• Mentor and guide junior team members on deliverables and client management

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or Big 4 strategy practice preferred)

• Proven track record of delivering strategic engagements in financial services

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
