- Project Finalization: Manage the "closing" of project-specific accounts, ensuring all costs and revenues are accurately recognized.
- Audit Preparation: Organize financial documentation, records, and reports to support external audits or internal reviews.
- Reconciliation: Match company financial records with bank statements to detect and resolve discrepancies immediately
Core Accounting Operations
- Job Costing: Track and analyze labor, material, and equipment expenses specific to construction projects.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing for subcontractors and suppliers, and follow up on client receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Payroll: Process monthly payroll and manage employee-related expenses.
