Company: Architectural and Engineering Consultancy who have been successfully operating in the UAE for 15 years.
Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator 
This role works closely with the CEO. This person will be his eyes and ears and will collate information from various projects / teams to report back to the CEO with progress updates etc.

Full Job Description:

  1. Cross-Business Alignment: Coordinate operational tasks across multiple ventures, primarily within architecture, design, and engineering domains. Ensure operational consistency with business standards.
  2. KPI Development & Tracking: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement KPIs for design projects, engineering teams, and operational units. Monitor team adherence to targets and facilitate corrective actions.
  3. Meeting & Task Management: Attend meetings across ventures (architecture design reviews, engineering coordination, etc.), take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with the relevant teams.
  4. Operational Support: Assist with resource coordination, task scheduling, and ensuring that project timelines are adhered to. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work with design and engineering teams to resolve them.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular operational reports to leadership, ensuring transparency on project progress, team performance, and any operational challenges.
  6. Industry Familiarity: Prior exposure or strong adaptability to architecture, design, or engineering environments is required to ensure seamless integration with projects and related businesses.
