Simsimina is a UAE-based natural oils brand selling premium, pure-grade Edible oils. We are expanding our digital sales operation and looking for a self-driven sales professional to own our marketplace channels and grow our B2B and export pipeline — fully remotely.
This role is built for someone who already knows the game — you understand how Noon and Amazon marketplaces work, you can open wholesale doors, and you're comfortable pitching to international buyers. Your income is directly tied to your output.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our Noon Seller and Amazon Seller Central accounts (listings, pricing, stock alerts, promotions, A+ content, reviews)
- Run performance analysis and implement actions to improve conversion rates, BSR rankings, and ad ROI
- Identify, pitch, and close wholesale accounts — Retailers, supermarkets, and distributors
- Develop and manage an international export pipeline — GCC, Europe, Africa, and other target markets
- Handle customer and buyer communications, negotiate pricing and MOQs, and ensure fulfilment coordination
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the management team
Skills
Requirements must have
- Proven hands-on experience managing Noon Seller and/or Amazon Seller Central accounts — listing creation, catalogue management, advertising, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated track record in B2B sales or wholesale — from prospecting to closing
- Experience in export sales or dealing with overseas buyers is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision — this is a results-only environment
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
- Own laptop, reliable internet, and ability to manage communications across time zones
Nice to have
- Background in natural products, oils, food products, or FMCG categories
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC / Noon advertising tools
- Existing network of wholesale buyers or international distributors
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, or customs procedures
