Touchline Sport Academy is expanding and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.
If you're someone who actually enjoys selling, hits targets, and wants to work in the sports/education space rather than a generic corporate environment — this might be for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating and converting leads into student enrollments
- Hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Managing digital marketing activities
- Handling inquiries, follow-ups, and parent communication
- Supporting events and partnership development
- Maintaining sales reports and tracking performance
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in Sales or Marketing
- UAE market experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Background in education, sports, or services is a bonus
The deal:
- Full-Time
- Fixed salary + performance-based commission
- Based in Dubai
