The Field Validation Executive will be responsible for expanding and validating the company’s dealership network across the UAE. The role involves onboarding new dealerships and their staff into the company’s platform and keeping existing records up-to date.
This role requires a highly proactive individual who will operate primarily in the field and ensuring accurate data capture within the CRM system. The position plays a key role in enabling seamless collaboration between dealerships and internal sales teams.
In this role, you will:
Dealer Network Mapping & Market Survey
- Conduct field visits across assigned territories to map and identify potential dealer partners.
- Maintain database of dealerships, their sales teams, and operational profiles.
- Gather market intelligence regarding dealership volumes, brands represented, and financing opportunities.
Dealership Validation and onboarding
- Verify the authenticity and operational status of dealerships before onboarding.
- Conduct due diligence on dealership credentials, trade licenses, and business legitimacy.
- Validate dealership sales representatives and ensure accurate identification and contact information.
- Assist dealership staff in understanding company processes, documentation requirements, and product offerings.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is collected, verified, and submitted accurately.
Field Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams.
- Act as the company’s field representative for dealer engagement and support.
- Address dealership queries related to onboarding procedures and operational collaboration.
Reporting & CRM Updates
- Maintain daily field activity reports including visited dealerships, validated partners, and onboarding progress.
- Update CRM records with dealership profiles, sales representative details, and verification status.
- Provide weekly reports on dealership mapping, network expansion progress, and operational insights.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with operations team to ensure dealer onboarding processes are aligned with company standards.
- Escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns related to dealerships or sales representatives.
